AUGUSTA, Ga. – A total of 80 junior players from the United States and Canada congregated upon one of golf’s most storied courses Sunday to compete in the 2015 Drive, Chip and Putt Championship at Augusta National Golf Club.

Qualifying sites around the country narrowed a field of 200 boys and girls down to just 80 players made up of four different age groups, competing in three aspects of the game: driving, chipping and putting.

Connor Glynn, Waconia, Minn., finished seventh in the Boys 14-15 division with a total of 14 points.

Morgan Goldstein, Las Vegas, Nev., posted the first-ever perfect score Sunday, winning all three aspects as she claimed the Girls 12-13 division title.

Masters champions Gary Player, Mark O'Meara and Trevor Immelman were on hand at the second annual event Sunday to congratulate the winners and offer words of advice.

Qualifying for the 2016 Drive, Chip and Putt Competition begins with local qualifying and runs from May through August at 253 sites in all 50 states, while subregional qualifying will be conducted in July and August at 51 sites.

Regional qualifying will run through September at 10 sites nationwide to determine the field of 80 players advancing to the championship on April 3, 2016 at Augusta National Golf Club.
