Basis For Consideration
Outstanding accomplishments in golf competitions by a Minnesota resident.
Significant contributions to the game by a Minnesota resident.
Significant accomplishments in golf that cannot be anticipated.

Guidelines For Competitor Consideration
Three state golf championships (excluding high school or junior titles); or,
one national or international golf championship.

Eligibility
Individuals must be forty (40) years of age and a resident of Minnesota for a minimum of ten (10) years.
