Championship Format (NEW FOR 2021 – POOL PLAY)
All Championship players are guaranteed three rounds! The first three, 18-hole rounds will be a “round robin” format within a “pool” of players determined by seedings. Each match will be worth one (1) point for a win or half (½) point for a tie. The player having the most points after Pool Play will advance to Match Play (round of 8). In the event there is a tie after Pool Play, there will be a hole-by-hole playoff to decide who will advance. The event will transition to single-elimination match play at that time.
Carts and Caddies
Pending State of Minnesota and CDC regulations, you may bring your own caddie if you wish to do so. During both stages of the Championship, carrying your bag is permissible, as is the use of a pull cart (including motorized) but motorized riding carts are prohibited. NOTE: Riding carts may be allowed at the Championship site (see Notice to Competitors for details) but not for qualifying.
