* -- The top 125 players on the FedEx Points list will go on to play in The Northern Trust, beginning Thursday at Ridgewood CC in Paramus, N.J. It will be the first of the four tournaments that make up the FedEx Playoffs, at the end of which the player with the most points will earn a $10 million bonus.
**Players No. 126 through 200 on the points list will go into the Web.com Tour Finals, another four-tournament series.

* -- The top 25 players on the final regular-season Web.com money list have earned PGA Tour Cards for the 2018-19 season. They will also go into the Web.com Finals, along with those who finished No. 26 through 75 on the Web.com money list, plus the No. 126 through 200 finishers on the PGA Tour FedEx points list. The Web.com Finals are a four-tournament series, from which the top 25 finishers will earn PGA Tour Cards for the 2018-19 season. That group of 25 won't count the 25 from the Web.com regular-season money list who have already earned their PGA Tour privileges for the next season. If that sounds confusing, it is. Those top 25 from the regular season are in the Finals to improve their exempt status, or in other words, gain a higher spot on the priority list. (And why the PGA Tour can't use its money list as the basis for entering the post-season playoffs, instead of the contrived FedEx Points list, is another good question.)
2018 PGA TOUR CHAMPIONS
13. Tom Lehman (12), Alexandria 16 $703,847
134. John Harris (131), Roseau 5 $12,263
T171. Tim Thelen, (T168), Albany 2 $4.110
