Championship Format

Teams will play 36 holes, Four-Ball stroke play.  Teams will be flighted based on the handicap index of the team member with the lower index. The Champions will be the team from the Championship Flight with the lowest total score after 36 holes.  The Championship flight will play a longer distance, while all other flights will play a shorter distance.

NOTE: In the event conditions will not permit the total completion of the second round, the Committee reserves the right to cut the field or shorten the competition after the first round for play in the second round.  No refunds will be given for any team being cut for this reason.

Walking/Riding

All players may use a cart, if desired, at their own expense. Due to the possible availability of carts, carts should be reserved at the time of entry. Online registration will require the advance payment of the cart fee in order to reserve one. If a cart is not reserved at the time of entry, carts will be on a first-come, first-served basi

Eligibility

Entries are open to any female amateur golfer (the USGA Gender Policy applies), who is currently an Associate Member of the MGA.  There are no age or handicap index requirements for this tournament. Partners do not need to be from the same club.

NOTE: If you have a current handicap index computed under the MGA Handicap System, you are an Associate Member of the MGA and eligible to participate.
