Minnesota Junior Girls' State Championship
Registration Deadline: June 25, 2019
All players will play 36-holes of stroke play (one 18-hole stroke-play round each day). The champion for each flight will be the player with the lowest total gross score for 36 holes. In the Championship flight, a tie for first will be played off immediately, hole-by-hole, until a champion is determined. Any ties for first in the flights will be settled as the USGA recommends.
Day 1: All players will play an 18-hole qualifying round from an intermediate tee to establish flights. There will be NO cut.
Day 2: All players will play an 18-hole stroke-play round. Players in the Championship Flight will play a longer yardage than players in the other flights.
Caddies are NOT permitted in the Minnesota State Junior Girls' Championship.
Entries are open to female amateur golfers (the USGA Gender Policy applies), who are currently Associate Members of the MGA at the club from which they are playing, or a permanent resident of Minnesota and must NOT have reached their 19 birthday before the first day of the Championship.
